1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SPLIT-X you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use SPLIT-X. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free and Premium plans

Logging workouts and cardio sessions and customising your split are free. SPLIT-X Premium unlocks friends, the weekly leaderboard, previous session performance, weight curves and your full PR timeline.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, in the currency displayed.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal in the app menu. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse SPLIT-X — no attempting to break security or access other people's data, no scraping or reverse engineering, no abusive, unlawful or misleading content in usernames or shared data, and no reselling access to the app.

6. Health disclaimer

SPLIT-X is a tracking tool, not medical or professional coaching advice. Training involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, and train within your own limits. You use the app at your own risk. Calorie burn, pace and volume figures for lifts and cardio are estimates based on activity type, duration and the body weight you enter — not medical or nutritional advice.

7. Your content

Your workout data stays yours. You grant us permission to store and process it so the app can function, including sharing aggregate comparison data with friends you connect with. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep SPLIT-X available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and planned or unplanned downtime can occur.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SPLIT-X is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or injury arising from your training. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your subscription stops renewing and your data may be deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
